love the hard copy!

The problem with the sigital copy is you cannot search for a specific drug or class of drugs. You must go page to page looking at every drug in the book. Please Lippincot in rhe drug section let us search by name! I have used rhis drug book each year since 1989, getting a new copy each year to keep up with new developments in medications. I then passed my old copy to our med techs so they could look up medications to improve their knowledge, and save them money since rhese are not cheep to purchase. But you really cannot buy a much better book for nurses to use on a daily basis.

I have used this drug book for years before I retired from nursing. It comes out yearly. The Dr. I worked with said he did not know
why the Drs.' drug handbooks were not as informative. It is well worth the cost.

Needs to be formatted for Kindle

I never leave negative feedback, but I have to make an exception this time. This is a great book in PAPER, but the Kindle edition is too difficult to use. If It doesn't supply the reader with hyperlinks from the Index to the page needed. It also provides page numbers instead of location in the index and if you want to jump from page to page, you must use a location. What I'm trying to say is, if you are trying to find amlodipine, you can search for amlodipine, but you may have to visit 14 different pages until you find the one you are looking for. You also have the option of skimming page by page until you find it.
